We are excited to announce that SHOWCASE has released a new set of educational and awareness-raising materials created by project partner Scienseed. These materials include infographics and factsheets designed to enhance the public understanding of key issues related to biodiversity-friendly farming, pollinator protection and biodiversity and food security. The resources cover topics such as the interplay between biodiversity and food security, how farmers can benefit from biodiversity, as well as explanations of the impact of food waste on ecosystems. 

The materials also provide practical advice on promoting farmland biodiversity through building birdhouses, on efficient composting methods and on creating habitats for pollinators and insects. Available for download on the SHOWCASE website in the Media centre, these materials aim to promote the adoption of easy-to-apply sustainable practices and raise awareness about the vital connections between the food system and the environment.
