The SHOWCASE partner Centre for Ecological Research is inviting you to the 8th Student Conference on Conservation Science SCCS Europe. Held between 13–16 September 2023 in Balatonvilágos, Hungary, it provides the opportunity to attend a series of workshops, enjoy networking opportunities and field trips, present your research results and meet renowned plenary speakers:

• Prof Ante Vujić, University of Novi Sad, Serbia

• Prof Mark Brown, Royal Holloway, University of London, UK

• Dr. Tamara Mitrofanenko, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Austria

The all-inclusive conference fee is 300 Euro and it includes the conference registration, accommodation and catering (three meals per day).

Important dates:

• 30 April: Registration opens
• 10 June: Abstract submission deadline
• 5 August: Registration payment deadline
