The Thematic Group on Nurturing Skills in Agriculture seeks to assess needs and opportunities concerning agricultural skills development, emphasizing workforce improvement and enhancing farmers' capabilities within the food-supply chain. The meeting aims to: review insights gathered from previous TG activities, share accumulated best practices, explore ways CAP Strategic Plans and other policies can enhance skills development, and engage participants in discussions to identify effective tools for skill enhancement in agriculture.
